Got the annual plan, good value

Yes! Commercial use is fine. Just make sure you're on a paid plan; I think there might be some limitations if you're just on the free tier, but with a subscription you're good.

It's when you're actually paying. After you pick your plan, it'll take you to the Stripe payment page, and there's usually a box for a promo code there.

It depends on the model you use. Some of the XL models are fantastic for specific styles, but Midjourney still has an edge for certain aesthetics, IMO. Leonardo's evolving super fast though.
